Tracking your order

A notification will be sent to your email after we have shipped your item out. It includes your item’s  tracking number and other further details. You may track and trace your order via Pos Malaysia's website.

We do not provide any return / exchange, unless there is a defect on the item. We try to provide the most accurate measurements and our best advice for every individual item’s size and fit to assist you on your decision making.

General terms and conditions

All SALE items are final.

  • Items can only be exchanged for an item or store credit if the merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging. Any item that does not meet those requirements will not be accepted. Terms and conditions apply.
  • Returns & exchanges are to be requested within 7 days of delivery date for orders sent locally (Malaysia). The piece to be returned has to reach us within 14 days after its delivery.
  • Any items sent to us after the stated period will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange. Therefore, we recommend you send the parcel via an insured, traceable delivery service. You can also opt to pop by the studio in USJ, Subang Jaya for  exchanges.

In the event of receiving a defect/incorrect item, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Read the above Terms and Conditions to determine if you qualify.
  2. Email us at contact@emceecouture.com with reasons/details of why you wish to return the item.
  3. We will then proceed to provide you with a mailing address you can send the parcel to.
  4. As soon as your return arrives at our address, we will process it promptly and notify you once your case has been approved.

We accept payment via Paypal, MOLPAY, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and Cash Deposits.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.

Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
